Smarter T Comm Telematics App – more clarity and convenience
We’ve further optimized the iOS app to enhance efficiency and speed for users:
Instant insights with the new map view
Thanks to an additional map feature, you can now see your entire fleet at a glance.
- Moving and stationary units are instantly recognizable with corresponding icons.
- A single tap on a unit takes you directly to all details—no unnecessary searching.
- When zooming out, units are grouped to maintain an overview, even for larger fleets.
Smarter search function with geofences
Units within a geofence are now displayed separately, so you can instantly see which trailers are in a specific zone.
You can now search by geofence name, making it faster to locate specific trailers at fixed locations such as distribution centers or hubs.
Driver App – faster and safer on the road
With the T Comm Telematics Driver App, drivers always have instant access to the nearest trailers—no more wasted time searching. They also have direct access to essential data such as door openings, temperature, and cooling unit settings.
Thanks to real-time notifications, drivers receive immediate alerts about anomalies, such as unauthorized door openings or temperature fluctuations. The driver can always generate a temperature report on-site. Together, we enhance transport security and reliability.

New customer alert: Greilmeier Spedition & Logistik
We are delighted to welcome Spedition Greilmeier as a new T Comm customer! This family-owned company, a mid-sized transport enterprise headquartered in Schwindegg near Munich, has branches in Erding and Waldkraiburg. Founded in 1946, it is now led by the third generation. With a fleet of 80 trucks and a team of approximately 150 employees, the company provides FTL and LTL transport services ranging from -20°C to +80°C, as well as hazardous goods transport, express delivery, fine distribution, and high-quality storage and logistics services.
Quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships are key elements of Greilmeier’s company culture, making them a trusted partner for their clients. To maintain these high standards, the company continuously invests in innovation, a modern and environmentally friendly fleet, and optimal working conditions for employees.

T Comm Telematics: 20 years of innovation and growth!
On June 1, 2005, our journey began with a clear mission: to make transport smarter, safer, and more efficient. Twenty years later, we have grown into an international leader in telematics and cargo security.
Our roots trace back to founder Jan Verweij, who established VEGO Transport Cooling in 1975. What started with transport refrigeration has evolved into a global success story, featuring advanced technologies and smart solutions for the logistics sector.
Over the years, we have reached remarkable milestones together with our customers and partners:
- 2008 – Launch of our first certified hardware module and SaaS (Software as a Service) platform
- 2009 – First integration with onboard computer providers
- 2014 – Introduction of the ACT Platform, a powerful web portal for real-time logistics insights
- 2018 – Bert Hendriks appointed as CEO, launch of the ACT App
- 2021 – International expansion into Germany and France
- 2024 – Acquisition of FleetFrame Germany
Today, we continue to push boundaries with wireless sensors, integrations with onboard computers and ERP systems, and new innovations that support customers worldwide. Our growth is stronger than ever, and we look forward to the future with confidence.
